Can I check in early?
We do offer a couple of options for guests who have early check in requests.

Check in time is 4pm, and checkout time is 11am. The reason why check in is at 4pm is to give the cleaning crew enough time to turn over the unit between checkout and check in time. That being said, if we have a departure on the day you arrive, I cannot guarantee anything before 4pm, however I will notify the cleaning crew of your arrival time, so that they are aware. They will do their best to turnover the unit before 4pm, however it cannot be guaranteed. If the unit is ready before 4pm, I will send you a text message notifying you so that you are able to check in. If there is no departure on the day that you arrive, we will be more than happy to accommodate an earlier check in. Keep in mind we allow same day reservations up until 10pm on the night of arrival, therefore we will not be able to know for sure if there will be a departure on the day you arrive until after 10pm the day prior to your check in date. In the event that an earlier check in is not available, the front desk can also store your luggage until the unit is ready.

The only way to guarantee an earlier check in is for you to book the night before.

My flight arrives really late, what is the check in procedures?
Front desk is open 24 hours; therefore you do not need to worry about arriving to the hotel at a certain time. Keys will be left at the front desk under your name and unit number.
Can I have a late checkout?
In order to accommodate our next guest, prompt checkout is appreciated. If you need a late checkout, the best thing would be to let us know in advance. Our cleaning crew is in the building between 11am and 4pm in order to service the units. All units must be ready by 4pm for the next guest; therefore we cannot always accommodate a late checkout. We will certainly look into the possibility and accommodate if possible. If it is imperative that you have a late checkout, we suggest booking the additional night in order to guarantee your late checkout. You can also inquire about half day rates (if available), for late checkouts.
Do you provide linen for the rental?
The beds will be made with a complete set of linen. The linen will not be replaced during your stay, unless you purchase additional housekeeping during your stay to provide the service. You will have a set of towels for each bathroom; we will also store some additional towels under the sink. Please note that these towels should not be taken out of the room at any time. The pool deck will provide you with towels for the 8th floor pool, which should be returned to them once you are done using them.
Is daily housekeeping or turndown service included with rental?
Daily housekeeping or turndown service is not included in your rental rate. Our cleaning crew does offer daily or weekly housekeeping or turndown service for an additional cost. If you would like to purchase this additional service, please let us know and we will be more than happy to arrange for you.
Do you include household items or toiletries?
For your convenience, we provide you with an initial supply of toiletries. These items will not be replenished during your stay. There is a CVS Pharmacy within walking distance where you can purchase more for the remainder of your stay. These toiletries include:

-Travel size shampoo/conditioner/bar soap

-Dishwasher detergent pods (if unit rented has a dishwasher)

-Laundry detergent pods (if unit rented has a washer/dryer)

-Garbage Bags (1 on each trashcan and 1 as replacement)

-2 KCup pods for Coffee Machine (larger units will have 4-6 pods)

-Toilet Paper (2 rolls per bathroom)

-1 roll of paper towel

Is there a hairdryer in the room?
There is a hairdryer in each of our units. Other items you can find our units are the following:

-Iron and ironing board

-Keurig Coffee Machine

-Refrigerator (mini or full size depending on unit)

-Silverware/cookware/dinnerware/glasses (ONLY in units with a Kitchen/Kitchenette)

Is there a Washer/Dryer onsite?
Some of our units have their own personal washer/dryer inside the unit. If you did not rent a unit with a Washer/Dryer, the building has a 6th floor coin operated laundry room. You will need a key to access the laundry room. If you would like to have a key for the laundry room, please let us know ahead of time, so we provide it at check in. Detergent is sold at the Front Desk.

We will have more than 1 vehicle; can we have an extra parking pass?
All of our units come with access to Self Park 1 vehicle in the garage. If available, you may purchase an additional parking card. Pricing depends on length of stay. Please inquire about pricing and availability.
Can I invite people over during my stay?
Each unit has the maximum amount of occupants allowed to stay overnight in the unit and that is the same amount that will be registered to use the hotel facilities. Use of the hotel facilities will only be extended to registered guests of the unit and will begin on check in date and expire on check out date. The restaurant located in the building is open to the public; therefore if you would like to meet with visitors during your stay, you can do so in the restaurant, which will be able to accommodate your needs.

It was exactly what I hoped it would be. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable, the view overlooking the balcony was amazing. Both pool and bay view. The kitchen had all the gadgets you would need. The neighborhood was cute and an easy walk to get to nice restaurants and shops.

This place is perfect for those who want a clean, centrally-located, stylish place to stay in Miami. The staff in the building are friendly and helpful. The hosts themselves had top notch communication. The bed is comfortable, the views are BEAUTIFUL. There’s a washer/dryer, nice shower, and beach towels. Very good experience! Thank you!
