Absolutely amazing property, I can't wait to stay there again. Two story penthouse in the middle of a great neighborhood that is walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The property was immaculate and is truly special. The experience with the team in setting it up was perfect!

The view is everything! There are no bad days in a penthouse. Nicely furnished with modern traditional yet contemporary feel. This host has impeccable opulent taste. 3 bedrooms with the primary upstairs - this can be easily shared with 2 couples or a family. This lovely host left a few treats to munch on. We look forward to staying again .

This is a 5 star unit in a great location in the heart of Coconut Grove. The unit is the best in the building, with stunning views and an amazing 2-story layout. The unit is well-equipped, and the building has a great pool and gym. Overall the stay was perfect.

Breathtaking is an understatement. The incredible space, views, and privacy of this penthouse are remarkable. I was really surprised by how private the unit feels, even with all the windows and views. As always Coconut Grove is the perfect balance of entertainment, parks, and residential neighborhood. But seriously, PH7 has to be experienced to be believed! We'll be back :)

This is the fourth or fifth time we have stayed in Penthouse 7. It is a spectacular property with priceless views and an ideal location in Coconut Grove. The condo is very spacious and professionally decorated. Lorelei makes the process seamless from the reservation to check in/out. We will be back. Again!

This was my second stay at PH7, but I didn't remember it to be so much fun, so convenient, so pleasing to the eye during my first time visiting. I love the Coconut Grove area, and as it grows around this condominium, PH7 becomes all the more central to the enjoyment of the area. The two-level home provides a great deal of privacy, and the outdoor spaces add even more enjoyable space to absorb the air, the phenomenal views, and the vitality of the quaint city district below. Where to start? Where to end? The convenience of parking one's own car with elevator access to the penthouse level. The interior decorating which provides great fun as well as great color. The comfort of the beds and sofas. The convenience of nearby restaurants, shops, boating, gyms and markets. It was all so easy, that all we had to do was to sign in and enjoy the rest of our visit! I look forward to returning a third time.

The penthouse exceed our expectations. It was clean and comfortable for a family with 3 kids. Lots of personal/private spaces (important for our teenaged kids). Beautiful views from every window, balcony and lanai. Rental agency was great to work with--absolutely no issues at all. The building is older but well-kept. Greatly appreciated the 24-7 security at this hotel. The pool (on 8th FL) is nice--but not private (restaurant guests look over the pool). But we liked the complimentary towel and chair service at the pool. There's lots of construction in Coconut Grove -- hopefully, they will not build a sky scraper close to this hotel/condo or else it will compromise this penthouse's view. Place is an easy drive to many other areas of interest in Miami (i.e. Little Havana, Wynwood, South Beach). Would highly recommend this place and this rental agency if you're staying in Miami.

This was the perfect pick for five of us coming from NJ for our son's graduation from UMiami Law. My older parents were very comfortable in the downstairs suite while my son was happy in his loft space and we enjoyed the airy master suite. We had some down time over the long weekend and appreciated the choice to hang out in the living room, read out on the patio or walk into town. The proximity to restaurants was great. Thank you for a lovely stay.
We absolutely loved our stay here. Two families traveled from Texas to enjoy 3 nights here before he headed off to a cruise. The beds are so comfortable, penthouse was clean, affordable and tons of good restaurants in walking distance. We all enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying there.
